It's well known in the industry that the way you influence a recorded sound the most is by having a great musician.  The same instrument can be played by two people and the resulting sound can vary significantly.  

Unlike any other studio, JNP's producer is also a professional session drummer, bass guitarist, guitarist and pianist.  As such, without having to arrange session players, in most cases, all session work can be done internally and with the skill of an experienced producer as the player.

Of course, for certain genres or instruments, we have access to some of Australia's finest musicians.  For example, we frequently work with Steve Pope (Kate Miller-Heidke, Angus and Julia Stone, Transport, Medollic, The Stames) to generate fantastic drum sounds for our artists.
